Skin Protectant Secura™

Secura™ Extra Protective Cream is a multi-purpose, petrolatum based skin protectant that helps to protect skin from minor irritation caused by diaper dermatitis, and exposure to feces and urine, by forming a moisture barrier on the skin. This cream contains 30% zinc oxide which provides long-lasting protection, that will not wash away from repeated exposure to urine and feces, and karaya to absorb moisture and adhere to macerated skin.
