Shipping Policy

We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders will be processed quickly and shipped in a discreet brown box to you by UPS Standard (2 to 5 business days) in the United States (48 contiguous states, excludes Alaska and Hawaii).

Orders placed before 1:30 p.m. Central Standard Time will ship the same day
Orders placed after 1:30 p.m. Central Standard Time will ship the following day
Orders placed after 1:30 p.m. Central Standard Time on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday

Currently, we do not ship orders during the weekend or holidays.

SIGNATURE WAIVER:
Merchandise will be shipped without requiring a signature. Customer waives the right to be present upon delivery. Customer will take full responsibility for any loss of delivered product, if delivered and left without an authorized signature. UPS will not be required to obtain a signature upon delivery. SHIPPING TO AK, HI, AND PR:
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico cannot be placed online, all orders to these localities must be placed via phone (888) 529-2308. Additional shipping fees apply to AK, HI, and PR. A representative will be happy to discuss shipping rates and options with you on the call.
