Return Policy

The following Return Policy applies to your purchases from Rely Medical Supply.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive:

  • incorrect or damaged items
  • Incorrect or missing quantities

Please contact our Rely team immediately (within 10 days of receiving your shipment) at 1-888-529-2308. Damaged or incorrect items that were purchased from Rely Medical Supply will be promptly replaced. However, we will not be able to process anything after the 10 days has lapsed.

We are happy to assist with your request in the event that you need to return or exchange any unopened items as long as the item is not discontinued by the manufacturer. You will be responsible for the return shipping to Rely Medical Supply. Please contact us for return shipping instructions. Note: we cannot accept any opened items due to sanitary concerns.

Note: Orders sent to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

If you are not delighted with your purchase from Rely Medical Supply, simply return the item in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund, less any applicable original shipping costs.

To receive a refund based on purchase price of the item(s) and in the original form of payment:

  • All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Not returnable at any time: any item marked Final Sale.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping, and all shipping charges are non-refundable.
